Medical Qigong is a Chinese ancient health system and is one of the five main branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), along with acupuncture, herbal formulas, acupressure/Tui Na and moxibustion. Many health care professionals recommend Qigong as a complementary medicine, in support the care of your existing physicians, therapists, or acupuncturists.

Although Tai Chi looks gentle and soft, the moments generate internal power for stamina however is suitable for all ages.

Acupressure, Tui Na and Qigong Therapy Training

We offer training on acupressure and Tui Na in a continuous basis. We teach various applications for self healing, health maintenance or profession purposes.
